The 8 bedroom St. Helena villa offers guests a unique feeling of the Old Colonial style of living. This beautiful beach house has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and is nestled within lush tropical gardens and the white sandy shores of our prestigious West Coast beaches. St Helena has the unusual addition of an aviary housing 500 homing budgerigars, which all adds to the paradise feeling. Designed by the late Oliver Messel with recent renovations by local renowned architect Larry Warren, St. Helena is tastefully and comfortably furnished with everything you should need to make you feel right at home.
Upstairs has three bedrooms, including the spacious master bedroom with a luxurious canopied bed and private sitting room/study, named the “Napoleon Room”. All upstairs rooms open to a spectacular semi-circular verandah equipped with a bar and relaxing lounge area, which overlooks our lush tropical gardens and the charming Caribbean Sea.
A 3 bedroom cottage has recently been built at St. Helena. It has a beautiful tropical setting and overlooks the pool. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs both en-suite and air conditioned with their own private balcony. Downstairs, there is a third air-conditioned en-suite bedroom that leads on to the patio. A comfortably furnished living area with its own TV and a small kitchenette is available for your convenience. The cottage is a great addition to St. Helena and allows larger parties to be able to stay at the villa.
There is excellent swimming in front of St. Helena, and a lovely alfresco dining gazebo located in the gardens between the house and the beach.
At St. Helena the Staff are dedicated to making your holiday an enjoyable one. Their aim is to make your visit to the villa and the beautiful island of Barbados a relaxing island getaway.
