The following outlines how a typical villa booking works. Full terms specific to your chosen property are provided with your booking confirmation.

Reservations and deposits

A reservation is confirmed once a deposit has been received and we have issued written confirmation. The balance is usually due a set number of weeks before arrival, as stated in your confirmation.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary by property and season. We will always set these out clearly before you commit, and we recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every booking.

During your stay

Guests are asked to treat each home with care and to respect any house rules provided by the villa team. A security deposit may be requested by some owners.
